Last night John and I left early for the temple and for a date night. Normally we don't leave until the house is cleaned and the kids are ready for bed. This time we left with only dinner made and then they were on their own. When I came home, the kitchen was beautifully cleaned with the counters cleared and washed and the floors swept. The living room had been picked up and all of the toys had been put away. All of the kids were in pajamas and asleep in bed. I have never had such a thorough babysitter. Ruth is truly an amazing girl. I think she will be an amazing mother herself someday.

Yeah for Ruth...and happy day for mom.....tell Ruth we love her and miss her...if you folks come home to Maine she can clean the house and granpa will definely find something for her to do
