I don't think this little Joseph story comes out as well in print as it does in life, but it is just one of those funny tidbits of parenting that I don't want to forget.
The Story
I smelt an awful, nasty, familiar smell. I grabbed up Joseph to change his diaper. I opened his diaper up to find nothing except a fairly dry diaper. I said to little Joe, "How is it possible that you could have nothing in there and still smell so bad." Joseph looked up with his big hazel eyes, pursed his lips together and blew. (Made passed gas noises that is.)
Yes, I suppose that would do it, but this time it turns out the smell was all Joshua's fault.
