John is just the greatest dad, ever!! He spends a little bit of individual time with each of our children about every other day. He did this when he was employed too. He spends about 30 minutes to an hour a day instructing the kids in gospel topics. He works to make sure the younger children are learning the Bible and Book of Mormon stories, and he is always talking to the older kids about issues of our day verses what the modern day prophets and scriptures say about it. He will gather the little kids around him, tell them he is going to tell them a story and then tell them a story from the scriptures. John deserves to be honored as a Father in Zion. My 10 children are very blessed to have him as their dad.
