We had our baby last night at 6:23pm. He weighed nearly 9 lbs and was 20 inches long. He is very calm and seems to enjoy looking around at all of his siblings. He also loves to eat and eat and so far is champion nurser. He looks just like John. We are so happy to have him here safe and sound and a part of our family.

He's beautiful Diane! He has so much hair! Love it. He's so loved, I can tell. I hope your birth went well and that your recovery will go well too. LOVE YOU ALL! And I can't wait to meet that sweet Samuel!

Yay! I've been thinking of you. So glad he made it safe and sound and you are well too Diane. I wish I could come lend a hand for awhile. He does look just like John. Beautiful name too. Ian's middle name is Thomas after the prophet. It looks like his siblings sure love him.
Congratulations!! He's beautiful. There's nothing like a sweet soft baby to cuddle and nurse after a stillborn. I hope he helps heal your hearts like our Kaitlyn did for us. Can't wait to hear about the birth story.
