I have officially been a mother for 19 years, and this is the first year, I have not been able to celebrate with my dearest daughter. Ruth has always been the perfect child, even as she has been our guinea pig. We love her and miss her. She will be home soon, but she will also be leaving us again to go and serve the Lord. I am very pleased with the wonderful woman Ruth has become. I look forward to her future as she more fully grows into her adult life.

She does seem like such a wonderful child in everyway! I am excited to find out where she will serve her mission. Maybe even here!
