Eliza tries out words that have no meaning to her, but that she hears. Today she said, "Anya, I am lying and it's all your fault."

She meant lying, as in liar. 

More Birthdays

 John turned 53, Johnny turned 23, and Kate hit a quarter of a century this year. 

Ruth Crashed

 We've had the first substantial car accident ever in our family, at least since John and I were married. I had  too bad accidents before marriage. This time, it was Ruth into a tree, in our driveway. The van is going again, though, and Ruth was totally fine physically. 

Halloween 2024

 We have not gone Trick or Treating in Years. But for the last 4 years, we have done a fall festival with fun games and activities that we do at home. This year we carved pumpkins, dressed up, played games, made caramel apples, had doughnuts to catch hanging from strings, and had friends over. 

Adam's 20 Now!!!!

 Adam is doing well but would like more of a social life. He's 20 and he loves classical art, music, fountain pens, and talking to people. 

Sam's Birthday

 Our Cute little Sam is now a big 8 year old. He's as sweet, smart, and as fun as can be. Sam loves video games and other board games, and he says the funniest analytical things. Watching movies with Sam is the best because his commentary is interesting, insightful, and adorable.
